Dear A9K2, In case any1 hasn't already know, MST Term Test will only cover up till Tut3.1. Which means there is no normal distibution being tested but probability will be covered. There will be a TERM TEST REVISION LECTURE on THURSDAY(28th May), 8-9AM! As the cohort taking HAP is large, most venue will be available only at 8am. It is important to attend this lecture for a revision and also QUIZ 1 will be given back to students during this time. Once upon a time, i was happily surfing the web, lazing on my super comfy chair peacefully. ALAS! something disturbed me! My friend asked me to take a look at this really cool webbie where you can find out the magical meanings of people's names! I tried some names and grown abs! I believe PX did too! HERE THEY ARE: BRANDON: An erection. Brought on suddenly and without much provocation. The sudden nature of it's manifestation can be summed up in one word BAM! ( there were worse ones) BRIAN: Usually referred to a big black bear. Has the ability to kill you but is too damn lazy and just goes "wwwooowwwww......." CHARMAINE: In actual real terms, it means a "bountiful orchard". MADELINE: one of those amazing french cookies they sell at Starbucks and other various retailers. MARC: Marc can be used to describe a person extremely talented at maths. A maths geek! Marc is someone with sexy hair. MARYANN: the act of throwing your long hair back off your shoulders, spinning your head around, and inadvertently walking into the wall RACHEL: The most edible female name REBECCA: A violent fat southern woman with a hot temper who lives with her 2 chubby son's. ROY: In a gay relationship, a Roy is the man in the relationship. He takes the top in bed. Taken from the ROY G BIV acronym used when describing rainbows. (how true!) STACY: another name for ecstasy, or rolls. VALERIE: a name mostly for females but the occasional Russian man might have. It's misspelled a lot. people who don't have english names, don't you feel happy? AHAHAHAHA ALL THIS MEANINGS ARE FOR FUN JOY AND LAUGHTER ONLY AND SHOULD NEVER BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY. Just want to know if the class jacket idea is agreeable with everybody. We (Germaine) conducted a casual poll today. Most of us agreed with the jacket suggestion. However we did not manage to ask all of the A9K2 people. In Summary, we will be doing a class jacket with an individual icon (logo) in front. Like the gorilla with the 'A9K2'09' below that i showed all of you today, just that it is a different animal for everybody. So if you want a specific animal ( mice, bear, chicken or etc), please tell Brian so that he can make the designs in time. However, if you don't have any idea what to pick, then choose from the range of designs Brian has to offer! BUT THEN, if you don't like this idea and has strong objections to it, please tell Brian also. ( I will keep it private). Then we will see what changes we can make to the idea. Thank you. -bRIAN. On a serious note, we really hope you get well really soon and join us as quickly as possible! As you all know, we need to do a hep B and tetanus vaccination by end of term. I'm suggesting that we go together as a class or VET tech as the clinic opposite school promised cheaper rates if we do so. If you all want we can ask K1 come along as well.    We had meat balls and spaghetti at IKEA (e-ki-ah)!(well most of us did) Certainly hope to see the rest of A9K2 peeps at our many more class outings to come. We can: WATCH a movie PLAY some sports SLACK in the library STUDY at marc's house and many many more! so do join us for our next 'field trip'. =) AND AND.. appealing to all people who can draw or design or can sucessfully make some markings on a piece of paper.
